More texts...

There have been more texts today from Sandy, and of course I have returned more in kind. Their level seems to be escalating, I am attempting to avoid the paranoid self-introspection that arrives when something is too good to be true...

Other than that , went to work, worked, came home, nothing to report.

Although I did forget to mention yesterday that the diet is paying dividends, as I lost 9lb last week. I aim for 2lb a week, but I suspect I was hyper-hydrated at last week's weigh-in, so I'm cool with that much lost weight, as long as it does not become a trend. Before anyone gets any ideas I am not anorexic or bulimic.
